1. Who I am
This website is run by Ameen Chopra, based in Malaysia. Contact: ameenchopra5911@gmail.com. In this policy, “I” and “me” mean Ameen Chopra.
2. What this website collects
This website does not collect personal data by itself. It has no forms, accounts, comments, analytics, advertising tools or embedded third-party content, and it sets no cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
The company that hosts this website may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running.
3. Data I receive when you contact me
If you email me or message @amxxn47 on Instagram, I receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, business details and the content of your message. If you become a client, I also receive what I need to deliver the service, for example business details, invoicing details and access to accounts you agree to share.
4. Why I use it
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote;
- to deliver, manage and invoice the services you ask for;
- to meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
I do not sell your data and I do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
5. Who I share it with
Only with providers needed to run my work, such as my email provider (Google), Instagram (Meta), my website host and my bank or payment provider, or where the law requires. Some of these providers store data on servers outside Malaysia.
6. How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client and invoicing records are kept for as long as the law requires, then deleted.
7. Security
I take reasonable steps to protect your data, including using strong passwords and limiting access to accounts I manage for clients.
8. Your choices and rights
Giving me your data is voluntary, but without it I may not be able to reply or provide a service. You may ask to see the personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask me to delete it by emailing me. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Department (JPDP).
9. Children
This website is not meant for children under 18.
10. Links to other sites
This website links to Instagram. Other sites have their own privacy policies and I am not responsible for them.
11. Changes
I may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
